岗位职责：

1. To be a key contributor of the taskforce for Citral process & technology training and IPC (in process control of quality) training program, including:

a. Development and preparation of training materials.

b. Deliver training sessions for operators

c. Follow up training evaluation program for operation team

2. To be a key contributor for defining and preparing process description and process control/SIS logic description in line with process design without deviation of definition of operation procedure/manual

3. Be capable of precise interpreting P&ID and PFD of GI Citral plant for project execution, commissioning, and start-up

4. Support process configuration, process control, process safety reviews (and PSSR) and control (SIS), commissioning of the plant

5. Support process changes including process control and SIS in field and DCS after MC

6. Support IPC (in process control of quality) process configuration and online analyzer technology

Plant operation phase

1. Key player of Citral plant OpEx, debottlenecking and process optimization related tasks to ensure product quality/consistency and production stability

2. Be responsible for MOCs of process (& process parameters), technology, control loop and process safety

3. Be responsible for analysis of plant operation economics and sustainability, initialize technical proposals for continuous improvement of the Citral plant

4. Be responsible for developing technical tools with production data as inputs to support root cause analysis of process failure and production troubleshooting

5. Support production team to implement process safety concept in line with global BASF Citral process safety concept

6. Support management of plant P&ID, PFD, process description, definition of process parameters, control loop and SIS loop descriptions, and IPC (in process quality control)

7. Facilitate cross regions technology experience exchange in Citral operation and technology community to support technology improvement and operation excellence

岗位要求：

1. master or doctor degree in chemical engineering or chemistry,

2. Good command of at least one of the process simulation tools, e.g., Aspen plus, Hysys, ProII, Chemcad, gPROMS, VMGSim, …

3. Good MSOffice skills for document preparation and Excel based tool-development and data analysis

4. Good English and mandarin

5. Be familiar with data analysis techniques and visualization tools is a plus
